Rule 107
Condition relating to amendment

(1) Amendments can be submitted to the Bill subject to the following conditions:- (a) Must be related to the subject of the Bill, (b) Must not be contrary to the principles contained in the Bill, (c) Must not be vague or meaningless, (d) The section sought to be amended. Yes, it should be related to the subject of the same section, (e) It should not be contrary to the principle or decision previously approved by the assembly, and (f) It should be clearly stated that what kind of provision or terminology is intended to be replaced by which provision or terminology of which section of the bill. (2) ) The chairman shall have the right to accept or reject the amendment subject to this rule or to call the concerned members to correct it or to integrate and approve more than one amendment of the same purpose.
